Everything made sense after 6 years, when she saw this little boy

Everything started out tragically. Dave and Jane Dolton, who already had five children, were expecting their sixth in 1984. They already knew he was going to be a boy, thus Tommy was chosen as his name.

Aside from the child’s gender, the parents were also aware that he would be born with Down syndrome. The husbands, on the other hand, were content with this concept.

But fate would strike the family once more. Their oldest child has entered a coma. The youngster had to have regular surgery. However, the anesthesia triggered a severe allergic reaction, and he fell into a coma and died three days later in the hospital. For the family, the death of a kid was a major drama.

However, the Dolton family continued to live their lives as the years passed. Things went well as the youngsters grew older. Jane began having the same dream every night in 1990, six years after her son died. Jane had a dream about a tiny kid asking for her assistance… The mother, convinced that this was a divine sign, picked up the phone and dialed a number for a child adoption agency.

When the organization’s employees received Jane’s call, they were overjoyed. A spot for parents who want to adopt children had become available just a few days ago. Jane was approved into the program and gained approval to adopt Ben, a kid with Down syndrome and heart issues, shortly after.

Ben needed heart surgery, and everyone was in wonder on that day. The entire family recalled the untimely death of one of its members. However, the operation went down without a hitch. Ben recently celebrated his 28th birthday.

The Doltons, on the other hand, were not content to stop here. Their children grew up and moved out of the family home. It’s grown terribly desolate… That’s why Jane and Dave assumed there would be enough room for more kids. They adopted Emily, a young daughter, in 1995. Lana’s time came next. She has now reached the age of fifteen.

The family grew even bigger. Anna, an orphaned child from Ukraine, was adopted by the couple in 1998.

Other children adopted by the Dolton couple can be seen in the photo: Jack, Marina, Molly, and Phillip. A total of 15 Dolton kids have become parents! Their genetic children have already given birth to their own children, from whom they have learned patience and selfless love.
