Kamala Harris was president of the United States for 85 minutes.

For the first time in history, the United States had a woman as president for a short while on Friday.

Joe Biden, who turns 79 on Saturday, has temporarily delegated his presidential responsibilities to Kamala Harris, his vice president.

Biden completed a normal medical examination before returning to his duties, and his condition, according to White House officials, is good.

Kamala Harris, 55, broke a significant barrier in American politics by becoming the first woman to serve as president of the world’s most powerful country for a short time.

White House spokesperson Jen Psaki: “Of course, she understood she was making history when the president chose her (Kamala Harris, no.) to be her election campaign partner, and it was a long-awaited history from our perspective. But tonight was undoubtedly a new chapter in that history, one that I believe will have far-reaching implications for women and young people across the country.

President Biden had specific medical procedures as part of a normal check-up while Kamala Harris was in charge for 85 minutes. Kamala was born in Jamaica to an Indian immigrant mother and a Jamaican father. She is a lawyer by training, and she was elected Attorney General of California in 2010.

“The president was in a good mood,” said Jen Psaki, a White House spokesman. I can affirm that he is aware that his birthday is a matter of public interest, given his position as President of the United States. However, he stated that he would conduct a physical examination before the end of the year. And everything went according to plan.”

President Biden, who is currently 79 years old, is the country’s oldest president. In the United States, it is customary practice to assume the duties of vice presidents during normal medical checks. This occurred during Donald Trump’s presidency, but the former US president opted to remain silent about it.
