She gave birth to twins prematurely, and one of the babies remained hospitalized for 8 months

Ramona Păuleanu made a decision recently that she shared on her personal Facebook page. This is a lawsuit against the Bucharest Philanthropy Hospital, for which he is seeking a one-million-euro settlement. The woman went into great depth about the subject, detailing her time as a patient there.

Ramona Păuleanu announced her pregnancy with twins in April 2021, thrilled than ever. He subsequently chose to stop working and start a family, giving birth to a son and a girl in a short period of time. She had a premature baby, and her kid spent eight months in the hospital after contracting a bacterium there.

Now that he’s doing well, the little one wants to see justice done, so he’s filed a lawsuit against Philanthropy Hospital. He accuses the institution of wrongdoing and seeks a one-million-euro settlement to be utilized for charity causes. He does not intend to keep this sum, but rather to put it to good use in the world.

“I filed a malpractice suit against the Philanthropy Hospital. My son had sepsis and bacterial meningitis two months after my hospitalization after contracting an enterococcus there.

Yes, I requested compensation of one million euros. You read that correctly: one million. We don’t need money to get prosperous. We need justice, and the money would go to a cause we believed in if we won. I wished for my boy’s well-being, but not enough to compensate for his misery. I didn’t make a big deal out of it. In truth, I had nothing to do with it. Why? There are various reasons for this; perhaps I will have time to discuss them later. “I don’t know how far I would have gone with this method, but now I know that I go to the white canvases,” writes the presenter in the online environment.

When Ramona Păuleanu and her husband, lawyer Adrian Cuculis, contacted the hospital’s representatives to explain what had transpired, they provided them with an alarming response. The baby’s health difficulties were caused by the mother’s virus while she was pregnant, which caused her to give birth prematurely.

When the TV host became a mother, this knowledge was not imparted to her, which is why she is more driven than ever to do herself justice. She alleges that the tests she had done prior to her discharge found no evidence of an infection, therefore she believes the benevolent medical staff put her son’s life at jeopardy.

“TODAY I LEARNED THAT EVERYTHING HAPPENED BECAUSE OF AN INFECTION THAT CAUSED THE BIRTH AND AFFECTED THE CHILDREN, AN INFECTION ABOUT WHICH I KNEW NOTHING UNTIL NOW, AND WHICH THE TESTS ON THE DISCHARGE SHEET CONTRADICT.” However, I received two more diagnoses after my discharge. Following discharge. “It’s not the medical system that’s broken; it’s the people who work in it,” Ramona Păuleanu added.
