A world is inspired by a baby born without a jaw and the ability to talk.

When Isaiah Acosta was born in 1999, he was struggling for his life.

He was born without a jaw and unable to eat or speak due to a condition known as situs inversus, which meant he was deprived of oxygen for 15 minutes at birth.

Doctors informed his mother that even if he lived, he would have no quality of life, yet 20 years later, this fighter is not only living a healthy life, but he’s also making waves in the music industry.

Phoenix, Arizona’s Isaiah Acosta is living proof that you should never give up on your aspirations.

He was born two months early, without a jaw, and was not expected to live.

He was deafeningly deafeningly deafeningly deafeningly deafeningly deafeningly deafeningly de

Isaiah, on the other hand, survived, and he’s been a fighter ever since.

Tarah, Isaiah’s mother, described her son as a miracle in a documentary about his life. Isaiah was born on the 31st of October 1999, two weeks before his due date.

Isaiah entered the world two weeks before his due date, on October 31, 1999. His mother saw early on that something was wrong with her beloved son. The doctors informed Isaiah that he might not live after a lengthy and emotional conversation.

“Everything in his body is a flipped-backward mirror image. “Everything,” Tarah said, referring to his gut and heart.

Because Isaiah was born without a jaw, his parents had to decide whether to save him or risk his life right away. Tarah was warned that her son would be unable to walk, communicate, and would be confined to his bed.

The little combatant had agnathia, which resulted in the loss of his jaw. Although Isaiah was forced to breathe by a tracheal tube in his neck, he was born without oxygen for 15 minutes.

Even though his mother was terrified, she felt a strong bond with her kid. He wasn’t a condition; he was her son.

She told NPR, “I didn’t envision you as the baby without a jaw and all the tubes and wires breathing for you.”

“I just saw you, and you were my baby,” says the narrator. We told the physicians to keep working on you, and you persevered in your fight to stay alive.”

Isaiah is living example of what you can accomplish if you put your mind to it, despite some serious odds, 23 years later.

Isaiah can light up a room with a single emotion, thanks to his great demeanor and dazzling smile!

Chris added, “Isaiah comes to school every day eager and ready to interact, he binds his community together, people want to know his story, they want to be around him.”

Isaiah is not only extensively involved in community service, but he is also pursuing his passion of working in the music industry, which is astounding given that he is deaf.

Isaiah has never tasted food because he lacks a lower jaw and upper airways, and he is fed six times a day through a feeding tube in his stomach.

Unfortunately, Isaiah’s condition causes him to get sick more frequently than other people. Because he can’t breathe through his nose or mouth, he doesn’t get the same filtered fresh air.

The dry winters in Arizona are usually the most difficult for Isaiah.

Isaiah, on the other hand, is able to communicate not just through distinctive gestures and his phone, but also to write songs and rap.

Isaiah’s debut rhyme was performed by Phoenix rapper Tikey “Trap House” Patterson. Sadly, the rapper died of pancreatic cancer in January 2019.

He had urged Isaiah, “You should always rise to be able to achieve what you want to do and never let the opinions of others hold you back from attaining your goals.”

Isaiah has drawn motivation from his fellow rapper to keep going. He even graduated from high school last year, which his family had not anticipated.

“I’m going to carry on his (Trap House) legacy by sharing our story and spreading love,” Isaiah told 12News.

Isaiah has amassed a sizable following on social media, where he shares events from his daily life as well as his tale.

His films and photos are an excellent way to draw attention to a very rare illness, one that sadly causes people to evaluate him only on the basis of his appearance.

On Instagram in 2022, Isaiah revealed some good news with his 150,000 fans. Isaiah revealed that the doctors worked on his nose in a photo taken after his surgery.

“Hopefully, after 22 years, I will be able to breathe through my nose,” the young man wrote.
