“I have a condition known as Ramsay Hunt syndrome. It’s because of this illness, which has paralyzed my face by attacking the nerves in my ear and facial nerves,” Bieber explained, pointing to one side of his face. “This eye isn’t blinking, as you can see. On this side of my face, I’m unable to smile. This nostril is immovable.”
