Sensational images of a black panther playing in the snow in the Siberian forests

Pantera Luna was rescued from a zoo when her mother refused to feed her.

The black panther was born in captivity while her mother’s zoo was traveling through Siberia. One week after the birth, the mother rejected her, and the zoo did not have the opportunity to take care of a small and vulnerable cub.

The zoo team contacted the current owner of the animal, who was known to be an expert in caring for wild cats. She agreed to take over the little cat and spent a few weeks fighting to save her.

The cub was named Luna when it was obvious that she had successfully passed the critical period, and the one who now owns her turned her into a star on social networks, where images were posted telling the story of saving the panther and how evolved.

The adventures of the black panther are watched by millions of people around the world.

Luna’s best friend is a Rottweiler puppy, Venza. The two have many photos together and were filmed running and playing in the Siberian snow.

The moon is actually the result of a cross between two leopard breeds, one of the parents being Amur – the rarest cat in the world, which lives in Siberia – which means that it feels very good in the snow.

The current owner of the Moon is a young married woman from Siberia, who prefers to remain anonymous for security reasons. She told the Siberian Times: “In fact, Venza thought the Moon was her baby. As soon as the dog saw the panther, he started licking its fur and a strong bond was created between them “.

The owner says that, for now, she lives in the city and it is quite difficult to give Luna the space she needs, but soon they will have a large, safe summer home in the middle of nature. The woman also said that she could have passed on the Moon after she recovered, but that she can no longer do so because it is part of her soul and she prefers to make major changes in her life and habits.

“I have friends among zoo owners, they are ready to take Luna at any time. But I would like to find a way to keep her with us and create conditions for her to be happy. It’s more than a rescued pet, it’s part of my heart. ”
