A quarter of the population of Şopotu Nou locality lives in conditions hard to imagine.
According to pressone.ro, a humanitarian convoy organized by the Off-Road Adventure club took several tons of aid for about 300 poor people from Şopotu Nou.
Most of the locals in that area practice agriculture. If corn or potatoes don’t grow in a year, people barely have anything to eat. Just like if their pets in the yard get sick, the locals have nothing to eat.
Their main source of income is agricultural subsidies for disadvantaged areas.

Parents are helpless in the needs of their children, who also take care of their own parents, whose physical pain they cannot alleviate due to their shortcomings.
The members of the Off-Road Adventure club have been going for about 15 years to bring aid to the forgotten villages of the world. This time, about 100 people participated, with 40 off-road vehicles and three vans.
Club members and their families raised money, with which they bought tons of food, clothes, hygiene products, toys, and supplies.
