They bought a new house but did not expect it to come with a 5 meter hole in the ground.

The Otcaseks family bought a new home, and after receiving it, they were only told that their new home had “an unusual feature.”

They were amazed to find a well-defined hole in the ground behind their yard. They were told that the hole was 5 meters deep and that it used to be a shelter for people during the Cold War. What they didn’t know was what they were going to find inside the underground shelter.

In the underground bunker, it seems that they found many survival objects in case of nuclear siege. The bunker contained water, canned food, clothes, medicine, paper products, and books.

There was enough room in that shelter for a family of 4. All products were packaged and untouched.
The family who had recently moved there estimated that all those supplies would reach them in the event of a siege for 2 or 3 weeks at most. They also discovered that the shelter was built in 1961 by the then-owner of the house, who was a nuclear engineer working for the US Government.

He knew the dangers of a nuclear attack and what had to be done to survive one, so he did something that would protect his family if such a misfortune happened.
