A dog with only two legs, which had not received the slightest attention, was rescued after 10 years of suffering on the streets of Los Angeles. Animal Control officers, along with a rescue organization in San Diego, managed to take care of him.
Unfortunately, he had been hit by a car on both legs and later had to be amputated because he had a deep infection, and a large number of knots in the fur limited his circulation.
They tried hard to cut his hair without hurting it, as much of the fur was very tangled. In addition, he had lost many teeth, and the remaining ones were in a chronic condition.
The Synergy Association is responsible for rescuing dogs with special needs in Southern California. Their motto is to take care of abandoned, blind, sick specimens, or those that are on the verge of dying, saving their lives.
Volunteers sent an e-mail to several families interested in adopting a quadruped, informing them of the situation of Bobb, who had been rescued from a serious state of degradation and tangled fur, which would have caused both legs to be amputated. injured. Under normal conditions, in this breed, the fur must be cut every 4-6 weeks, but 10 years had passed without the quadruped benefiting from this.
As soon as they found out about Bobb, members of one of the willing families fell in love with him and wanted to adopt him. Only two days after they had been contacted, the dog was already at home. This family also owns two Siberian Huskies and two cats, with whom they share a loving home. So, the first week passed when he was able to enjoy for the first time attention, rest, and a lot of pampering.
The dog returned to Synergy for a medical examination and was found to be recovering favorably. In addition, the skin on his paws regenerates by seeing with his eyes.
This couple was very much in love with Bobb, but they were about to move to another state, Colorado. So Bobb had to return to Synergy, where he was visited several times by his masters and they wanted to arrange his transfer so that he could go with them. Meanwhile, Bobb visited people with special needs, children with ADHD and disabilities, but also cancer patients, and it was a pleasant experience for everyone.

Although he lost many teeth, he eventually recovered. He won this new battle with great courage. They had already booked a trip to where Bobb was to meet his family, but they changed the date to make sure he was perfectly healthy for the trip.
Finally, in late June, Carla flew from San Diego to Denver with Bobb. When he saw his masters, he remembered them and was very pleased to be reunited.
They will remain his new family forever.

Bobb quickly became friends and enjoyed the company of Kaytu and Denali, the other two dogs in the family.
