Have you noticed how good we feel when we do a good deed? It is as if our soul smiles uncontrollably and awakens in us a force that gives us hope and a state of well-being, motivating us to do even more good things. Doing good causes addiction and the antidote is action, the first step, motivating other people. So, when you see someone in need the best thing to do next is to make that first step, step in and ask that person if he or she needs help and asks nothing in return. Your action will have a great impact that will start a chain of good deeds, motivating other people to try the feeling.

Tommy Norman had started his day very productively, as he does every day. The man woke up, did some exercise, ate a breakfast full of vitamins, and dressed in his washed and ironed uniform to start a day of work. He got in the service car and went on his way to the police station, after which he was going to do his usual neighborhood tours.

Said and done, Tommy arrived at the station, checked to see if there were any news, then saw himself on the road, after a few minutes of driving, on a sidewalk he saw a less common image. A pregnant woman was lying on the floor, holding a baby on her chest. In addition to curiosity, he was driven by the feeling of humanity, wanting to make sure that the woman is well and if she needs help.

“I passed the sidewalk, in the middle of the area where I was patrolling, and there I saw a baby stroller, but I didn’t see anyone in it, or next to it. The little baby girl was sleeping on the woman’s chest, and it was something I just never saw in my life.”, Tommy said in an interview.

The two started talking and Tommy found out that the woman’s name was Jessica and the girl’s name was Kayla. They had no place to stay. Tommy was deeply moved by their story and immediately wanted to do something to help them because he felt he had to do it. So he made a picture, captioned it with their story, and shared it on Instagram, where it became very famous. People all over the world started to step in and donate money for them to help. Tommy paid for the hotel room for a few days and Jessica started to look for a job. It seems that the first step was done and things start to settle for them, hopefully. Check the pictures!
