Breana Naylor lives in Ohio, USA, and is the happy mother of two beautiful children: a 3-year-old boy named Colt and a 2-year-old girl named Kimber. One afternoon he was in another room, doing his usual business; the children were in their rooms, playing, or so she thought. Suddenly he noticed that the atmosphere had become strangely calm, maybe too calm! He went upstairs to see what was going on and found them hidden in a closet behind his clothes.
The eldest stood with scissors in his hand and cut the little girl’s hair! The latter sat quietly as if she perfectly agreed with what was happening. Any parent put in front of such a scene would have screamed in horror. The shouts and reprimands would have flowed in waves, to draw the attention of the little ones about the risk to which they were exposed.
On the other hand, Breana, seeing Kimber’s “chipped” hair ornament and Colt’s innocent gesture, simply burst out laughing. The husband’s reaction to the news was different, and he was very upset. But like a good mother, she thought of acting ingeniously.
Her mother contacted her good friend Jen, a stylist by profession, and called her home for an emergency operation. An hour later the woman was already ringing the bell of Naylor’s house. After overcoming the first shock and the laughter that followed, he began to work, finally managing to create a tailor-made haircut.
The result was fabulous! Kimber’s hairstyle reflected exactly her adorable personality. Breana posted the images on Facebook, receiving a lot of positive comments and appreciation. Of course, she clarified that the story ended not only with many smiles but also with an “exceptional haircut”.
In the end, the mother took the two children aside and calmly explained that what they had done was dangerous and that it should never happen again. Fortunately, the result was beyond expectations: even in a negative situation, something good can come out!
