Priscilla Presley speaks out

Since her daughter Lisa Marie Presley passed away on January 12, Priscilla Presley has been mourning her loss. She wrote, “Thank you all for your sympathies, your comments have impacted me. Although it has been a very trying period, simply knowing that someone loves you makes a difference.

Also, on January 22, the actor spoke at Lisa Marie’s memorial service. She began by reading a moving statement from Riley Keough before reading a poem she felt captured the sentiments of the singer’s family. Priscilla concluded her remarks by saying, “Our heart is broken. We all adore you, Lisa.

Nonetheless, Priscilla has continued to work on new initiatives despite the death of her daughter. The actor will play herself in the animated Netflix series “Agent Elvis,” in which the King of Rock himself turns into a secret spy, according to a March 1 story. The show’s co-creator, Priscilla, recently made an appearance on the red carpet to promote it.

The premiere of Priscilla Presley’s new Netflix series, “Agent Elvis,” saw her return to the red carpet. Since Lisa Marie Presley’s passing, this is the actor’s first time walking the red carpet. She participated in a Q&A as well. In an effort to impart to future generations the significance of Elvis Presley and his music, Priscilla said that this series is a way for Elvis Presley’s legacy to continue.

Priscilla last appeared on the red carpet at the 2023 Golden Globes, where she was joined by Austin Butler and the cast of Baz Luhrmann’s “Elvis” movie. Just a few days before her passing, Lisa Marie attended the awards ceremony with her mother.

In the midst of “Agent Elvis” and “Daisy Jones & The Six” premieres, Priscilla is currently engaged in a conflict with her granddaughter Riley Keough over Elvis’ Graceland residence.

Riley and the late Benjamin Keough were named as co-trustees of the mansion in Lisa Marie’s will, but Priscilla is disputing their appointment. Riley and Priscilla aren’t speaking directly right now, but they have been in contact through lawyers, a source told ET.
